Thanks for shopping with My Cosy Paw. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
We process orders within 3 business days of receiving them. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Ireland: 10-17 business days
- Rest of EU: 13-24 business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs or courier delays outside our control.
Why some items take a little longer
Some of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to keep prices fair and our range wide. This can mean a slightly longer delivery window than you might expect from a large local retailer — but we'll always keep you updated with tracking so you know where your order is.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. [If you offer free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders / on orders over €50
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please email us at info@mycosypaw.store.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped within Ireland and the EU should not normally incur additional customs charges. If any unexpected charges apply to your order, we'll do our best to help — please contact us.
Delayed, lost, or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please don't worry — email us at info@mycosypaw.store. and we'll investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help recover them where possible.
